Arjun Vijayanatha Kurup is a Python Backend Developer at Zartek Technologies with 1.28 years of relevant experience. He completed his Masters in Computer Science and Applications from Amrita University, India and his Bachelors in Computer Science from Halmstad University, Sweden as well as from Amrita University, India in 2019. Arjun has previously interned with One Planet Rating (remote) as a Full-Stack developer where he led a team of developers in the redesign of the platform architecture from front to back end and deployments. He also worked as a Research Intern at Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre where he researched on Localizing epileptogenic zone from HFOs and spikes using machine learning and implemented machine learning models capable of predicting seizure onset zone from the SEEG signals. He also analyzed medical patient data for variability changes and abnormalities in ECG signals and obtained 88% accuracy from supervised learning models. Arjun has published a journal article under International Journal of Online and Biomedical Engineering (IJOE). At Zartek Technologies, Arjun develops different backend solutions using Python+Django for various clients. His responsibilities include developing RESTful APIs and infrastructure suitable for both native mobiles as well as web applications and maintaining and handling deployments and cloud infrastructures on cloud services such as AWS, Google cloud platform and Digital Ocean.
